Document Review and E-Discovery

KEY's India team has reviewed over 1.6 million documents using various document review platforms, including iConnect, Amici and Concordance. KEY's India team has substantial experience coding documents for substantive categories, confidentiality, and attorney-client privilege and work product immunity. KEY's India team does what U.S.-based document review outsourcing companies do, and does it as well or better, but at lower cost.

The value of KEY's India team is enhanced by the instruction and supervision offered by KEY's U.S.-trained supervisory attorneys, including two located in Hyderabad. KEY also offers quality control and work performance reviews of the India team on an appropriate basis worked out with the client. KEY will summarize depositions while you sleep. KEY's Hyderabad-based supervising attorneys have decades of experience managing depositions. Where the scale of the project is larger, KEY will work with you to structure the process of summarizing depositions to maximize timely delivery of reliable work product. KEY's team assists clients in preparing for large-scale litigation by delivering high volumes of deposition summaries at low costs and within tight deadlines.


Contract and Lease Review, Summaries, and Due Diligence Support

KEY attorneys are trained and experienced in basic contract drafting, such as is required for routine amendments, modifications, and renewals of contracts and leases.
