We welcome qualified persons to participate in KEY's Sales and Supervision Program.  The program is available to those who may desire to work only part-time or work from home. KEY brings the highest quality talent to each project by using the latest information technology, whether you are located in Chicago, San Francisco, or Hyderabad. Individuals may participate in either or both the KEY Sales Program and the KEY Supervision Program. The programs work as follows:

KEY Sales Program

If you refer an appropriate project to KEY, then KEY will pay to you as the referral source a four percent (4%) commission on gross revenues generated from such project. The commission shall only be earned only when KEY is paid for the project and based on the amount of funds actually received by KEY. KEY does not pay referral commissions to a person for referring his or her current employer. You do not have to be an attorney to participate in the KEY Sales Program. KEY will enter into the KEY Commission Agreement with each person participating in the KEY Sales Program on a project-by-project basis.

KEY Supervision Program

If you supervise a project for KEY, then KEY will pay you compensation to be agreed upon, which may be calculated per hour, per project, or by some other method appropriate for the project for your supervision of legal work on such project. Only qualified attorneys may become KEY Supervisors, and each must have sufficient experience in the relevant area of law before supervising a project. All KEY Supervisors are independent contractors of KEY and shall enter into the KEY Contractor Agreement with KEY for the mutual benefit of both parties, and for the protection and benefit of KEY's clients. Each prospective KEY Supervisor must submit his or her resume to KEY and be screened and interviewed by KEY management.
